I am assuming that the printed book is an exact copy of the electronic book.This is only my second year hunting deer, yet I still find the information provided by this book very primitive. Since I picked up the hobby a couple of years ago, I have been reading a lot about deer hunting. Many of my resources have been provided free via the internet. I did find this book repeating many of the information I've read before (like the pre-rut, the rut and postrut, which is well known to even a beginner). For the price of the kindle edition, which is 99 cents, it does not hurt to buy the book. However, knowing about the book what I know now, I would not buy it for any higher price. The book touched on a very important area, bedding area, yet I found the discussion brief and insufficient. The author did not discuss it in any depth and moved on as if it was well discussed.

I bought this for my husband as he loves to hunt deer every year.It really taught him what to watch for and also taught him the deer behavior he should look out for. I highly recommend it to all deer hunters.
I bought this book for my old uncle who's been an hunter all is life, and although he believes that he knows all about it I thought that maybe he could still learn something new from it. After reading the book my uncle was amazed by how many things he actually didn't know about the behavior of these animals, and how much easier it is for him now to take on down.
This review is for the " Edition", but it doesn't seem like there is a longer edition. To put it simply, the information in this ebook is good, but brief. By brief i mean that a chapter may only be 4 paragraphs long. If you have been hunting for a while, these little factoids on deer behavior are helpful, but I would not give this book to someone who does not have a good working knowledge of deer hunting to start with.
For $0.99, it was a good purchase, but i would be pretty upset if I paid regular price for a book of this length.
This was more of a pamphlet than a book. I don't know how this got published. Read the whole thing in 20 minutes. One star is too high of a rating.
Most of this book covers basics of deer hunting. I was not overly impressed by the book as whole. I would have liked to have seen more specific information. I don't know of the author so I'm not sure if this is an early attempt to break into the book market by the author or not. It's well put together but gives me the impression the author is new to the market.
